Title of video clip "Artist Eugene J. Martin's late 1970's felt-tip pen drawings". Visual Artist Eugene James Martin's felt-tip pen (with graphite pencil) drawings created in Washington DC in the late 1970'. The soft paper let the ink bleed through.
